Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site.

Products & Pricing

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing error, and to cancel and refund an order affected by one, before it ships. Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that product colors, as displayed on your screen, will exactly match the physical product.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory). Payment is processed at the time of order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

Product Use & Disclaimers

Our calming products are designed as aids for everyday situational stress and are not a substitute for veterinary care, diagnosis, or treatment. If your dog has a diagnosed anxiety condition or other behavioral or medical concern, consult a veterinarian before use. You are responsible for supervising your dog's use of any GroundedPup product and for determining whether a given product is appropriate for your dog's size, health, and behavior.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to GroundedPup and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GroundedPup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.
