Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — every order ships free, no minimum.
How long does shipping take?
Transit time varies by item since each product ships from the supplier best suited to it — check the specific product page for its shipping estimate. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order has already been placed with our supplier and can't be modified.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently GroundedPup ships within the United States only.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll refund or replace it — no return shipping required, just a photo within 30 days of delivery. Wrong size on the Wrap or Harness? Free exchange within 30 days, same no-return-shipping process. See our full Shipping & Returns policy for details, including what's not covered.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Products & Sizing
How do I pick the right size?
Every product with multiple sizes has its own sizing chart on the product page — weight-based for the Calming Wrap, girth-based for the Adventure Harness. When in doubt, size up.
Are the calming products a substitute for training or vet care?
No. They're designed to help with situational stress — storms, car rides, new environments — not as a replacement for training or veterinary guidance on more serious anxiety.
